is it all the time or just when you turn the wheel all the way?

It happened to me once too a long time ago...I made a really sharp turn too fast and I brought my wheel to the limit to the right, and all of a sudden I heard like 2 or 3 clicks, almost like I twisted somethin way too hard in the pinion steering rack...freaked me out..

I also hear noises in my steering.....not so much clicks, but like a whistle as i turn the wheel in reverse. My '91 Accord did that, but the mechanic told me it was normal for that generation. I doubt its normal for the 2k1 Civics, though. If anyone else has this whistle, let me know.
