Any difference in trans after using full synthetic

I have a 2005 civic LX sedan and before getting a transmission fluid change I wanted to find out from experience if anyone has noticed a difference after switching to full synthetic transmission fluid.

Depends on how bad the fluid currently in it is. Unless it's really bad, you shouldn't.

If it's an automatic, Honda ATF is the way to go. If it's a manual, I'm pretty sure you wanna be going with conventional oil, if you're not going with MTF.
