Tranny cooler lines clip?

Tranny cooler lines clip?
Hey, I'm getting the condenser, radiator and fans off.
On the bottom of the radiator are two small lines. Both held with some oem clips. They are not like those big spring clips found on the bigger coolant lines. You can see two ears sticking out side by side. How do I go about to get those things off? Thanks.
Also those the 10mm bolts holding the lines on the condenser broke, can I unbolt them where the other connection connects?
