Over Revs from 2nd to 3rd only but 'D' light not blinking
2001 Civic automatic 117 miles.
Just bought this car 2 weeks ago. First few days was fine. Recently the engine over revs by 300 rpm or so when shifts from 2nd to 3rd. However, i know on Hondas the 'D' light is supposed to start blinking when there are tranny issues. Or am I wrong?

D light does not have to blink for all problems. There are many issues the computers cannot detect.
