2001 LX AT passanger cv axle

I was just wondering I pulled out my CV axle yesterday and tranny fluid started to leak out. Is that supposed to happen?

Yes. That axle goes directly into the tranny, so some fluid will leak out. Just make sure to top it off before you drive off.
