Is radiator fans assembly supposed to move when jiggled

I went under the hood to set the overflow reservoir back into it's lower slot that it had slipped out of, and noticed that the whole fans assembly kind of moved back and forth. Not real loose but the assembly did move. Can someone let me know if this is normal.(2005 Honda civic LX sedan) Another thing is the coolant reservoir-I'm not able to see if anything is in it, are there any tricks. I jiggled the reservoir back and forth but still not able to see even with a flashlight.
Update;
After looking around on the Internet I found these and the rubber bushings seem to be the suspect in this case.

A little movement in the radiator is normal. Those rubber bushings don't go bad.

The only way to see the level in the reservoir (that I found) was to reach down to the bottom and hold a flashlight against the side.

I just went under the hood again and for sure, the studs on top of the radiator are moving around too much inside of the radiator mounting bracket bushing. Maybe the radiator that's in the car now is aftermarket and the studs on the top of the radiator are smaller than OEM. As for the overflow reservoir goes I siphoned some coolant out and could see, somehow even though the reservoir is beyond it's useful age, that the level is now correct.

Every car I've ever worked on has a radiator that will wiggle around. It's not an issue unless the rubber bushing is completely gone.

I just finished up putting the new bushings on but the radiator moves but not as much..and the original bushings didn't show a sign of wear. Lesson learned.. here's the battle scar left from stubborn bolts.

You were right I installed the new bushings and they still allow movement but not as much..the original bushings didn't show any signs of wear..battle scar from stubborn bolts..
