2001 Civic Knock Sensor Replacement Help!

Good morning,
I replaced the sway bar linkage on my wife's 2001 Civic this weekend (Woowoo!). Now I'm onto the next problem: knock sensor. I am attaching some pics I took from underneath before I dropped the car yesterday. Please let me know if the object/wire just above the oil filter in these pictures is the knock sensor.

I saw this post with an image of the side of the motor that faces the firewall, but am not sure if I'm looking at the right spot at all....

Ignore the arrows in the pic, the KS is screwed in just to the left of the black plate:

Any help would be appreciated. I already bought the sensor (http://www.autozone.com/engine-manag...or/364498_0_0/). Do I have to unscrew something from the engine to thread into that sensor, or just spin the sensor around whatever threads stick out of the motor?
Any help is GREATLY appreciated. Gotta save money for down-payment on a house!

Does the old one (original) just unscrew from the block?
Thanks for the ID!

The sensor directly above the oil filter is the oil pressure switch, not the knock sensor.

The knock sensor is above the large water pipe, there is a bolt stuck through the middle of the sensor.

Man, I wish I had seen your post, Ezone, prior to my attack on this part this weekend. Would have saved me some time. I'm lucky I didn't destroy my oil pressure switch! I finally found this image (http://honda-tech.com/honda-civic-20...ation-3119001/) while I was working under my car. I took some pics on my phone to post in case it helps anyone else with this problem going forward! The captions on my pictures were prior to reading Ezone's post, so "the thing on the right" is the oil pressure switch!
