Help. no power to ECT sensor CONNECTOR
Hi everybody. So I have a P0128 Code and i've narrowed it down to the ECT Sensor, but the sensor itself is working fine according to my multimeter, and it is the CONNECTOR that has no power running to it. Any chance this is a simple fix? like a bad fuse or relay or something? any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

No fuse. My schematic shows two wires, green/yellow and red/white. With key on the green/yellow should have ground and the red/white will have either 5V or 12V. The green/yellow goes to A10 on the PCM, red/white goes to B8
