Where is the DRL circuit board in a 2002 SiR hatchback?

Where is the DRL circuit board in a 2002 SiR hatchback?
I've read where other people have an issue with the DRL light coming on and their headlights not working properly. The fix is to take out the
circuit board that operates the DRLs and resolder the connections. Sounds easy enough; however, I've checked the location mentioned in other
threads, and the circuit board is not there. I'm thinking that because the SiR was imported from the UK, that the board is in a different location
on these cars. Any information would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
