Are OEM fog lights plug n play for an 04 Civic EX?
Did some searching but not finding a direct answer (e.g. yey or ney).
I have an 04 Civic EX and see there are blanks for the fogs already in place. I know some car's have the wiring already in place and sometimes its just a matter of pulling out the blanks and inserting the actual hardware into play and bam, done.
Is this the case at all with the fog lights for the 04 civic?

You have to instal the wiring also. Here are instructions:
