Where's a good shop to get my Civic lowered on Van Island?
I just priced a couple of types of lowering springs at Big-O Tires in Nanaimo and for Sportlines it'll cost approx. $1300(this includes taxes, front and rear camber kits, & lbr). I thought that getting my car lowered would be alot cheaper. Anyone know where in Nanaimo that I can get my car lowered that won't cost me an arm and a leg???

100 for install at G5
250 for gold line
300 plus for camber kit
total 650 ( add another 50 for camber kit installation)
roughtly 700 bux.

That's simple,
Get to Richmond via Knight St bridge. Take the Bridgeport Rd West exit and continue on Bridgeport until you hit Simpson. Take a left at Simpson and another immediate left into Garage Five's Parking Lot.
If U get lost U can always give me a shout seeing I'm in Richmond most of the time. PM me for my # if U want it
Garage Five is open from 11-7pm Mon-Sat. Closed Sundays.

I just got an email from "No Limit Auto" in Victoria saying that it'l cost me $450 + tax to get my car lowered from them. This is a 1.5" drop with H&R's.
is that $350 @ G5 before any discounts/deals? I think i might be better off going there instead of Victoria (even though it'l cost just under $90 for the ferry). But would you guys recommend a camber kit??? I keep getting conflicting answers from shops around here. Some say it's a good idea, and others say that with a 1.5" H&R drop the supplier says that it's unnecissary to get a camber kit.
