hey... i'm located in surrey... i want to get my windows tinted...but I heard ideal tint on fraser hwy is not so good. any suggestions on where i should go?... and do you have any ideas on how much this is gonna cost?... (the cheaper the price the better... but not if that means sacrificing the quality)

Murd0c suggested a small place on HWY 10 called Craig's Car Care. I haven't called yet to determine a price but I saw the job on his car and it is top quality.

I am hoping to look into it by next weekend, I'll let you know. If you find anything under $150 let me know too!!!!

rs used to have a gb on tinting in this place in crystal mall...i think its like 5 peeps who showed up and said that they were on the gb and only paid 100 bucks (with tax) for 3 windows...

the thread on rs has been deleted...but from what it sounds like its 105 bucks for 3 windows (cash only = including tax)...but that was before...whoever is close to that place or would like to ask, i will be grateful...just let them know that there are a lot of cars ( = alot of business for them) will be on this

Oh sorry guys, I forgot to let you all know that my car in the bodyshop I am getting my front bumper fixed, but I promise I will get a lot of quotes by next week.I am getting my car on monday, and I need to take my car to them so they can see how big the windows are. BTW you guys drive coupes as well right? Once again, I am really sorry I haven't updated anything yet, but by wednesday I will have quotes from at least 5 places, I will skip classes if I have to

i have 5 windows tinted and i have to take them off.
is it hard to take them off?

Steve,

Just use a small razor blade and some patience and it will come off easy. You can use some sort of thinner to take off the residue on the windows, or even a touch of gasoline on a rag will work.

No need to pay somebody to do it.

I'm getting my Pro 5 tinted on Mar 29th, all 9 windows, yes that includes 6 in rear + hatch window + front driver/passenger side 35% metallic tint for $165 cash. no tax. One hellofadeal.

...of course only through the Van Protege club.
