Ok I take my car to surrey honda!! go to pick it up and my front lip has 2 visible scratchs[IMG]i/expressions/face-icon-small-mad.gif[/IMG][IMG]i/expressions/face-icon-small-mad.gif[/IMG][IMG]i/expressions/face-icon-small-mad.gif[/IMG]
I speek to the mgr and says give him a few days!! what a jerk!!

Guys out there lets hear your problems you have had at the dealerships!!!

Mine isn't really a bad story. I had bought my car from Richmond Honda, and had it for about 4 days and I decided to wash it. As I got to the passenger door I noticed that a spot about the size of my finger tip had started to bubble in the paint.

Needless to say I was pissed!!! [IMG]i/expressions/face-icon-small-mad.gif[/IMG]

So I took the car back and got a hold of my salesman, he then came out took one quick look at it and went to work. He went in the back and had a paint specialist come out and take a look at it. Before I could blink they were booking me an appointment for the next day, only so they had time to get me loaner car.

I came in the next day, they gave me 2002 Civic Sedan as a loaner, not too shabby and in two days had my car totally fixed.

Service was great.

Those scratches were brutal Reece!

Honda has been good to me. My rear bumper was completely different shade of Tafetta white when we bought it. Didn't really notice it too much in the beginning but as the sun hit the paint I became more noticeable.

I took it into honda about 4 months later and complained. They took my car and in 2 days time I had it back with the bumper completely repainted. They were awesome. I recommend Richmond Honda's service.

Spoke to honda today said they will fit the scratchs, I found out now part of under the lip is cracked too oh well I atleast get it fixed!!

when i bought the first 7th gen from richmond honda, they delayed my car for about a week and most likely skipped most of the PDI crap....

when we arrived to pick the car up, they searched frantically for it and said it wasn't ready yet...eventually they gave it to us anyways, because i threatened to cancel the deal...

anyways, my factory order civic was delivered with a ton of swirls all over the paint and a ding on the driver's side...richmond honda wouldn'take resposibility for any of that crap


when i got another 7th gen about 1.5 months later, i went to a smaller dealer...bought the same color civic...everything was delivered on time and the car was cleaned properly....regency honda does a better job w/ deliveries because they don't have so many cars in line to get delivered...

that really sucks some times the bigger the shop you go too they don't really care what kind of service they give you after you sign the papers

i got my car from surrey honda... they were ok... but i got lotsa free stuff... and my friend works at a different honda dealership and he's gotten me some stuff too... but i havent gone back to get my car serviced yet.... so i guess we'll just have to wait and see
