I'm looking to buy a cold air intake and i was wondering if anyone had any idea on what was the going price for one? There's a website from the states selling one for like 325 cdn plus 15 bucks for shipping. What do you guys think? Can I get it cheaper somewhere else?

call lordco they sell AEM.
it will give you a idea of the cost for full retail

Are you sure that was a "Cold" air intake and not a short ram. I got a quote from mopac for like close to $400 with tax. I'll call lordco and see what they have to say.

the cheapest price i found for a AEM CAI was $320. just go to a local shop and haggle for that price. get them to match it, or better yet, beat it.

there's no way a DEALER is selling a CAI for $350...I got mine taxes in for $340 and no one else can touch that...the best price I have found besides what I paid is $325 plus tax...

but haggling is definetely the way to go...don't get a.ss raped for one of those things...[IMG]i/expressions/demon.gif[/IMG]

Did some looking on Tornactive for a price and did the conversion rate from US to Canadian dollars. $380.00 with taxes in sounds about right. Should be able to get a little lower.

don't worry about it. I bought one yesterday form Mopac for like 350. Yes, I know that you can get it cheaper if you shop around but my girlfriend had a credit at mopac so I used it! They also had in stock. I hate waiting!
