OMFG...

A car just crashed into my house. 7:30 this morning these two drunk/wasted punk-asses in their borrowed car smoked my dads car which was parked outside our house, anihilated the lamp-post in front of our house, and smashed into our living room window. This all happened like 5 feet from my bedroom window, which was open. The little bitches tried to run as soon as i came out of the house!!! So i OWNED their sorry asses about halfway down the block....in my pyjamas. Haha, not hard to own intoxicated/shocked/bloody 18 yr olds though.... Whatever, my dads car is wrecked, our whole lawn/flower garden which my mom spends ALL her time in is anihilated, and my house is ****ed. Bloody awful way to start the weekend.

wow dude, that's definatly harsh. I hope that car that wasn't theirs had good insurance. And good work catching them. But that totally sucks. how did they hit your garden, house, and your dad's car? they must have been pretty wasted.

Got pics too.....check out the photo album here

My house is on a bit of a curve in the road....they must have come flying down it..he said he swerved for a dog or some bullshit....i think he just lost it. He hit the front of my dads car at an angle, launched up onto the lawn, slid sideways into the lamp-post and all the way up into the living room wall of my house. If the car was stolen or has crappy insurance, we're f*cked. My parents dont even want to sue....

Yeah everyone in my family is ok...the crash happened like 5 feet from my bedroom, which is in the basement... My civic is fine, it was parked out back, so no worries there. Not sure about the house....one of the pillars supporting the roof was knocked off its base, but the roof isn't sagging or anything...we're going to get it assessed. My mom already has most of her garden all cleaned up lol...she's a machine....it still looks pretty sad though. They will definitely be charged...likely with multiple offences.....and hopefully i can convince my parents to sue....

sue for emotional damage, and that u are forever scared by this moment. and the only thing that will heal this scar is a bigger house and a ferrari. get a good lawyer and it can be done.

or mooch the insurance company for lots of money

You can sue all you want but if they don't have the money, good luck.

Yeah, i'm pretty sure its what Blown said. We could sue, but the kids we'd be suing have NO money at all....their insurance wont cover the lawsuit since they were impaired. Sure we may win, but collecting will be next to impossible. Also, the car belonged to the parents of one of their friends.....and the parents are now saying that it was "stolen" so the parent's insurance wont cover us either. BUT, since it was "stolen," their own son and his 2 friends will be charged with accessory to grand theft auto, and GTA respectively......so that may induce them to change their mind about saying it was stolen. People suck. F*ckers. Makes me want to kill someone.

BTW, if they follow through on the "stolen" line, our home insurance will cover damage on our lawn/garden/house, but my dads car will be a total loss. F*cking justice system. I cant wait to get into Law.

well that's just harsh. your dad's car a total loss. was it a nice vehicle?

Well if it makes you feel any better i was robbed for over 5 grand worth of stuff yesterday.. Pentium 4 laptop, GPS, Playstation 2, Handspring (palm pilot), Yamaha Dolby 5.1 speaker system. ummm, that might be all.

Nah, my dads car was just a '95 Cavalier actually...hehehe. But i mean.....still. Just found out today that we're likely going to have to cover our own losses on the Cav because the driver was a young offender....and their insurance is REFUSING to cover us because he didn't have permission to drive the vehicle....

Goddamnit that really sucks about your electronics. Did they break into your condo???? Tell me it was insured....

Damian,

I hope everything works out for you and your family! So, what does that mean for the kids? Are they both going to be charged for stealing the car? Hopefully, they learnt their lesson from this.

Yea, my condo was broken into, and yes, I have house insurance (Yay!). but i didn't buy the laptop direct, i bought it from a friend, and therefore have no receipt. I have the box and the manual, etc.. and have registered with dell, so we'll see. hopefully i'll get something back for it.
