Rep Power: 0 i got 17" rims, and lowered 1.75" both front and back with skunk2 coilovers; and they fit perfect, however, there's not a lot of extra space left in the wheel wells so i wouldn't go much lower than 2"

Rep Power: 0 there's a guy on this site... i think it's rice... who's got a red 2k1 coupe fitted with H&R sports. I heard his shocks bottom out often when driving fast on slightly bumpy pavement. it happened during one of our meets... while we were driving around stanley park.

Rep Power: 0 I'm not sure if you call that bottoming out (not sure what that means heh..)
anyways.. when i go thru constant uneveness on the ground (dips and bumps) .. my car bounces up and down like a spring
but other than that.. it's seems ok
my shocks are still in great condition after 1 year .. no leakage nothing..
i hear some bouncy noises on the front drive side spring.. not sure what that means.. but there's the feedback

Rep Power: 0 i had H&R sports installed recently. i too noticed that the drop is more than they claim. the bottom of my front bumper was 7.5" off the ground, after the drop 6" and then it still has to settle too. but yah the ride is a tad bouncy but im use to it already. but when my shocks do go, i plan to install koni yellows so it might be wise to do it now when u get your springs installed

yah thats what they quoted me too but i live out in the valley so i decided to have my friend install it for me
he did a good job just gonna get everything retightened down. oh yah you'll need to buy a camber kit for the rear, an adjustable one by specialty tools (or something specialty)
