What power do cops have in Richmond on modified cars???
Just wondering... lets say the scenario is... you have a modded car (kit, rims, exhaust, etc.), you're just driving speed limit .. not breaking any driving rules... etc ...
are cops in Richmond allowed to just pull you over.. and give an inspection ticket (wutever it's called..) and tow your car away ???

I'm from Toronto but when i came to visit Van city....ur cops are ******!!!.....i feel sorry for u guys....they pulled me and my cousin over for no reason at all...he has a modded 92 hatch and we got pulled over at an intersection in front of #9 restaurant for no reason at all.......i think its because of all ur street racing deaths.....and i recently heard on the news that u guys are number one in the world in street racing deaths.......so i wouldnt be surprised if ur cops get any stricter

Rep Power: 0 Generally the cops dont pull over cars for nothing. They will usually only pull you over if you have done something illegal, or your car looks unfit for the streets....and dont try to tell me that the coffee can sized fart pipe you have on the back of your car is legal.....it's pretty much up to the cop to give you a fix it ticket or a vehicle inspection...so pretty much the criteria of being pulled over is ....is your vehicle fit to be on the road? or have you broken any laws?....Knock on wood if you have seen my cars I should be pulled over all the time, but no one ***** with me....Lucky I guess

like the ppl who change the turn signal bulbs to blue or something...
or if your exhaust is super super loud...
but as long as you aren't driving around 3rd on fri or sat night..you should be ok..~
