Where's the best place to do Alignment?

As title, where's the best place to do alignment? good...and cheap?

Have my car lowered today at Teamworks today, waited there, got offered with hot chocolate, pretty nice guys and pretty fast job, but I think my alignment's a little bit off...
My Steering wheel has to turn a little to the right while I'm trying to drive straight....

BTW, do i need a camber kit? How do i know if i need it or not?
