why don't you buy them, you know you can get them at a store.. you give the guy 'money' and he'll give you eurolites... it's a pretty intuitive concept actually....
strange isn't it.
quit begging for free stuff.

hey i am offering money...not the amount those people are asking for but its still money so technically thats not begging..its buying...maybe lowballing is the term i should use
I don't really understand what your need for broken eurolites are....do you need the H4 connectorbracket so that you can install HID or somehting....I just dont get it...do you need the H4 "BROKEN" bulb for...give more detail and i'll ship you a pair of broken ones in the mail free.....tell us the truth...so far all you have told everyone is that you just need a "BROKEN" pair.....I know a guy with a HUMMER that used the metal part of the H4 bulb to mount his HID light to so that it would fit his caseing....so tell use the whole story....

i don't want the broken ones i want ones that are working. Usually only one burns out before the other and since you won't have the need for the other you might as well just sell it to me for a toonie...get it?

Regulation of the sale of automotive components including headlamp bulbs is within provincial authority. The use of tinted bulbs causing headlamps to emit non-white light contravenes provincial Highway Traffic Act or Motor Vehicle Act requirements that requires the light emitted by headlamps to be white in colour.
This is straight from Skidmarks link.....it pretty much says tinted lights are illegal......weather it comes with a little piece of paper or not

if that's the case, then you can argue that the light is white, even though it's tinted, other SAE/DOT bulbs are also tinted.... although not as blue as eurolites.. but they still produce a white light. If you're using the bulb that's producing blueish/purplish hue then you'll get in trouble. That kind of bulb is easily noticeable by anyone.
I guess cops(not the one that are looking for trouble) will let u go as long your bulb produces white light. Had my PIAA extreme white(not DOT/SAE) for a few months before it burns out... and never get stopped by the cops during the roadblock.

as long as you keep them light up.. and it doesn't show purplish hue/tint... you'll have a smaller chance of being caught. But if they see that your car is riced out.... then beware... they may stop u and do an inspection for every inch of your car

Well, I definitly not a ricer, so the that's not a prob for me.....
The only thing i did to my car is my spoiler, the PIAA light, and the 17" tires and wheels......
and the only other mod i will do to my civic is to add the OEM set of lips and skirt.......
any other, i will do for performance only
