In need of advice post-body repair

Hello! I’m looking to gather advice on the next steps I should take for my civic that was recently in an accident (I was not at fault). Someone hit me while I was parked and I have just gotten my car back a few days ago from repairs. My bumper clearly needed replaced, which was done nicely, but my ongoing issue is now the fender that I believe is pushed in and was not addressed. I picked the car up last Friday, and on Monday I called to tell them that I was not happy with the bumper to fender alignment. I brought the car back in and the repair man took my car to the back to try to push my bumper in more and told me that the way it is is the best he can do and it’s just how civics are. It seems like my fender being pushed in is just not being addressed or maybe I’m being dramatic, but I am including pictures to hear from others if I need to further address this or just live with it… I just don’t want this to devalue my car as I really take great care of it.

How I found my car

Fender damage

Damaged fender side (what I believe is the fender pushed in causing misalignment)

Non damaged side.
