Ok, not sure if this is in the right place. I’m desperate at this point. I have a 2021 Civic EX Hatchback. It has less than 600 miles on it. The day before yesterday I was driving and all of a sudden the audio just cut out. I immediately performed a reset on the Infotainment center. This did nothing. I then got home, shut the car off and turned it back on. The screen stayed black and it was dead. The following day, I started the car and the Infotainment came right on and the music began playing. Made a few stops and it was fine. Got to work and came out 4 hours later for lunch and it was dead again. I went and got lunch. When I came back, I put it in reverse to back into my space and the back up camera came on. At that point, my phone powered up and the CarPlay logo came up. I thought, I’m gonna try to play music. Sure enough, the music played through the speakers. As soon as I put the car in park, it went black and the music stopped. I’m stumped and frustrated. Any advice would be GREATLY APPRECIATED!! I can’t get into the dealership for a week!!

It has a warranty for a reason, take it back to the dealer. Possibly a bad head unit.

I can’t even get in for a week and I asked the service tech how long we are looking at if I need a new unit. 3-4 MONTHS!!
