I have been having an issue with my 2019 Civic for about a month now. I have had it looked at by a honda service center twice in the last month and they can't find the issue. I have had the battery tested, the starter checked, the fuel pump and it all comes back in good order.
When I drive the car around town with multiple starts and stops going from one store to another. The car won't start, it tries to but it just won't. If I let the car set for 30 min or more it starts right up. The car has a full tank of gas. It drives fine no engine noise. Just this random won't start issue. The car has less than 30k on it.

If you still have warranty, take it to a different dealer. Not your problem to deal with.
