For those with the OEM bug deflector, I need some help in regards with the installation. What do I do with the 4 clips, the set of small screws and set of larger screws? Your help is much appreciated.

not sure if you need to drill the holes, but the four clips slide over the hood and are secured in place by the screws....... and the deflector is scecured to the clips by the remaining screws... not sure if they are different size screws though
