Question DIY Lower grill question

Has anybody done this? if so, where did you find the mesh to cut it out of? I want to do this but can't find any aluminum mesh for it. Home Depot has the gutter guard, but it's too short...

OOOrrr.... if anyone has it for sale, how much?

the mesh at home depot isn't long enough... I've checked a few home depot's and all they have is gutter guard thats 3 feet long... need at least 4 feet i think... and couldn't find anything in rolls...

REDVIC.. thanks, but i'll pass...

I got the mesh from canadian tire.. 50 bucks

I think he's planning on covering the whole thing to give it the "grillcraft" look. Good luck dood!!! When I did the bottom grill I only covered the middle part of the grill...
