Sorry if it's already been said (didn't read through all 5 pages of posts) 
But rice is pretty much doing something to a car, that you would personally never do to your own car.
It's all in the eye of the beholder. But then again, if someone makes fun of your car saying it's rice, then make fun of the way they look, their hair, the way they dress, what's in their house, the way they decorated their room, or the way they have their computer setup. I'm pretty sure everyone has their own tastes. And who the f*ck cares if someone's car is rice to you, did they pay for the car? Did you pay the the mods? Are they the one driving it?

i think rice is a sterotype of asians, like most hongkong/chinese have interest in car and most of them do it up right cause they have the $$$$$, but for those who doesn't and just go for the wannable type look, those are the real ricer! i certainly would never call a non-asian "ricer" or ur car is rice cause it wouldn't make no sense, who am i to judge others if i'm the one who eats rice everyday
