ok..i think i saw the same orange 7th gen again, but i spotted it tonite at like 8PM turning left at Bayview and Elgin Mills.
but since it was a bit darker (a little after sunset) the car looked bronzey at that time....hmmm... The guy had his windows down and he looked young (not even 20, let alone 30) and he had short spiked blonde hair...and i think it did have a body kit and altezza tails...

I saw this copper orange civic ... I dont know whether it's 7th gen ... with the rear license plate tilted right ?
I think he hangs out at the plaza at Elgin Mills / Bayview ...
