Company I work for still looking for a "Systems Support Professional". Qualified candidate will need 2-3 years of exposure to customer support for computer hardware/software/network troubleshooting. I.e., helpdesk for any school/company. We've gone through hundreds of resumes and picked a dozen or two to test, most failed our initial test. 2 went on the next level, on-site review, both failed, bugger.

The nature of the job is to go support clients mostly in the D/T region, some within GTA on occasional basis. Great room for growth, and learning.
