Is there anyone here who is selling a used Neuspeed upper front strut bar for my civic 2002 lx coupe?!?!!?

I have a girl friend so i cannot afford a brand new one now...

sorrie bud i doubt any one is gonna get rid of their front strut bar's any time soon even if they do they gonna be selling it for around that price.. best off saving up and buying it new hehehe...

hummm. seeems like its nearly impossible for me to get a used one.....
i just asked this carshop guy and he said that he can do it for $240 CAD dollars installed..
is it expensive or not???....
and plus.. is it easy to install Neuspeed strut bar by myself?!?! do i need to drilll or anything?!??!

no drilling. did u try speedtec last time i checked they had it for 170.
its not hard to install urself, just unbolt and rebolt the nuts after u put it on.
i was lazy so i had a mechanic put it in.

or if you're from mississauga, you can get the neuspeed bar at the performance store near burnhamthorpe and central parkway (hard to explain where it is since it's hidden at the back of the mini-service-mall... they can give it to you for 170 (cash! woohoo!) ... i'm still waiting for my tax refund so i can buy me a bling-bling chrome one need something to stand out in my engine bay since my FIPK is just a boring black plastic color

the guys in the store are super nice and actually know what they're doing and talking about... one of them is an acura mechanic (he was wearing his acura mechanic's uniform when i was there hehe!)... anywayz, they also have a special on rims either this week or next... not sure... i'll give you the exact location when i get home (posting in school right now) because i left their business card beside my comp... anywayz, i'll try to give you directions now:
- on burnhamthorpe (coming from square one), go west, go past mavis, wolfdale, etc, then a block or so before central parkway (you know, the street where H&H grocery is) make a left when you see the SHELL gas station then turn into the mall west of the shell station (go into the first entrance)... you should now see a fitness club or something, turn right (you'll be passing by subway, so pick up a sub if you're hungry ), then turn left, then turn left again, keep going straight, and at the very end, you'll see the performance shop... i did my best so i hope u don't get lost! i'll even scan the business card later if you want (it has a teeny map on it )

I know exactly which one TXtadik is talking about, it's like 5 -10 SECONDS walking distance from my gates. HAHAHA TxTadik is right, it's hard to explain the exact location because it's around the back of the plaza and this plaza is kinda messed up. Those people are nice, ask to talk to Kenny or Mike they'll hook you up. If you bargain you'll get it too.
They are the ones who lowered my Accord and my Civic, they're good peeps.

Basically, if you go west on Burnhamthorpe... past Mavis, Wolfedale, Perivale, then Erindale Station... as soon as you pass erindale station there's a little opening on the left side (island that separates the two way traffic) go through there. You will then enter the plaza and there will be three buildings... on the right you'll see Swiss Chalet... the middle building is a ReMax store (I believe) and on the left there will be a Chinese Grocery called Golden Gate (I think it's called). Anyway, the path you want to take is the road between the building on the left and the middle building. Once you're between those two buildings, the store is on the left side at the very end. Can't miss it! Let me know when you want to swing by that store cause if the directions are too confusing for you I can meet you up and lead you there...

as per the map....
-you can go west on Burnhamthorpe past Mavis, Wolfedale, Perivale and then make a left on Erindale Station road... (refer to map)
-You can either enter the 1st entrance or the 2nd.
-if you enter the 1st entrance, make a left as soon as you enter and then make a right at the end of Premier health club.
-should you choose to enter 2nd entrance (2nd* as per map) this will lead you to the south side of Premier
-Keep going straight, on your right you'll see a little alley which serves as the back door for the shop. [Notice the indentation on the map =) ] Pass this and the front of the shop will be on the other side... Good luck!!!

it's best to talk to one of the guys in the shop... they'll hook you up for a cheaper price... i was there last weekend, and the guy in the glasses and acura mechanic uniform told me he can give me the black neuspeed front upper strutbar for only 170... and add a bit more for the chrome blingbling! one
