ok i just checked ebay.. it seems to look like a blitz body kit..can't say for sure i saw the same bumper on auction but didnt' say what it was

I saw this too recently it's a sick kit I think its custom it sorta looks like a bc2 except it's missing some holes in the front bumper to be a BC2 could be either modified bc2 or just completely custom loooks sick either way.
Here's a pic of BC2 to compare.
