I just went to the Autobas shop on Midland.... It's still a little empty.... It's SCREAMING for a modded car right in the middle of the showroom floor! 
I can't believe it.... I bought a pair of F1 Spec R H4 headlight bulbs for $10.35
I'm not sure how long they last, but they're much cheaper than PIAAs
OMG, that is so darned cheap.... Light output is pretty bad compared to the PIAAs, but at $10 a pop, man, as long as they don't explode into pieces in my car, it's alright

go to usercp (first button on top left) then go to edit options...scroll down to the very bottom and then find "avatar"... you can upload one there
