Well instead of playing "Tag" (getting revenge on her car, then her getting your car again), I'd probably go straight to the Police.
The situation would be resolved and you come out on top. She pays for any damages and also get's a fine or possibly some jail time.

was it on purpose or an accident? if an accident, id probably ask her to get her insurance to pay for it, since she did wreck it.

If it's a friend, she should pay for it.

If she ****ed up my entire ride, I would definatly call the cops. There's nothing else that you could do that would benefit yourself in any way.
Say I do get revenge and mess up her car, what would I gain by this? In the end, my car would still be screwed.

EDIT: Ok I never read the part where you said girlfriend. I thought we were talking about a random.
If my g/f screwed up my car, I would definatly not call the cops but I would expect her to pay for the damages.

So... IF my girlfriend messed up my car... what would I do? Damn, that's tough... I don't know! I would have to know exactly how it happened and how much damages are etc etc... before I can determine what I would do. But if anything... I don't think I'd be TOO HARSH or anything. I'll try to be reasonable. (again, hench how I said I have to know how it happened and how much damage was done to the car.) I'm only saying this cuz you said in this case it's my girlfriend.

If this was any other gurl on the road and let's say she hit me and it's her fault... I'd take her info and go thru her insurance. But if damages are extremely bad... then... I'm calling POPO! Then... she's done! hehehe!

just yesterday, my friend let his g/f drive his car.. and well.. long story short:

it ended up over a curb, bottomed out on a snow bank.. took about 15 people an hour to get it off

LOL... it was an accident.. but it was his fault for letting his 15 year old g/f drive his car

(well what kind of situation will make a girl damage a car in purpose ? only if you do something that's highly unacceptable for her ... ex: cheating)
