here is an easy chance for all of us to gain extra posts and to run or mouths about the little we know [IMG]i/expressions/face-icon-small-disgusted.gif[/IMG] ok i wanna get an amp. i dont care how much i pay but i want quality and i want the job done, max i will spend is a gnote cuz i was already quoted that much for a phoenix gold 5 channel amp, but i want something that will do the job for lets say highs lows mids and one sub, like any system or w/e
what do i need to consider and what do i need? what should i look for? who should i look into and who should i stay away from?

btw gus - the ones u have look good but i am still un educated to buy them off of you (dont hate me plz inca machine / hovercraft)

hmmm so you want just one amp to run the subs ..and another amp to run your inside speakers.....i might just have the thing for you....if you want ONE amp...to run the subs and components..IMO not really recommended...get an amp for your subs and an amp for your inside speakers....

I have an alpine 5 channel... Which I am very happy with! 1 channel for each speaker (Stock fronts, Rear bostons) at 75 watts each and the 5th channel for the sub (12" Boston accoustics) at 180 watts. I got it from THE ART OF NOISE on dundas... good shop!

ya art of noise looks pretty good, but i think the people at audio 2 go know their s**t and they r cool down to earth guys, i havent had a problem with them, and they have good customer service so i think i might deal with them, so nething i need to know about amps before we go off topic again?

no no thats phantom, phantom will sell it to you, install it, and try to re sell it to you again, audio 2 go is pretty reputible name, but phantom, i wouldnt trust those guys if they dressed up in priests suits [IMG]i/expressions/face-icon-small-mad.gif[/IMG] they would even try to punk the pope mobiles rims and rubber
