FS: NBP side skirts
Speedtech ****ed me over! They sold me sedan side skirts. How could I be so stupid, didn't realize until Gusto pointed it out Wednesday...
Well, I was wondering why the sides were SO small thinking it was dwarfed by my mugen lips which hang low... Damn, I was so naive.
I will try and call them tmr and see if I can work out smthg. They sold me the wrong part... But since it's painted and installed it might be hard.
If I can't do anything about it I will sell the sides for $350 obo, used 2 weeks!
PM me or Email to aaron@aysis.com

NEVERMIND... I missed one part.. he said it's painted and installed

you know what would be really neat.. is a sedan with veloz coupe kit
its been done..
its called the sedan TYPE R kit where u take the veloz front and rear and slap it into the sedan and leave the side skirts sedan OEM!
i think it was in a honda tuning mag. the car was green

well since...err... my old side skirts didnt have brackets i just drilled them on
but there are supposed to come with 4 brackets that go *where u jack the car up* that metal piece that goes from one end of the car to the other.
and u would put them there..
no drilling, its supposed to bolt on

no they will not sell it seperately ..i already tried it.
the only way that i can think of if u really wanna put them on is to take them side skirts to a shop and have them put it on.
im pretty sure they got some of those things lying around

err... it was a mistake on my judgement. and totally regret it.
no.. *i tink they were jacked off another car*
and i know honda was being a D**K about it...and they wouldnt sell it seperately..
best bet is to take it to a body shop and have them put it on.
im currently looking for skyline or VIS racing side skirt's love that wide body look

Ya, it's OEM style sedan sides installed on my car, fitment is right, but looks way too thin.
Blkcivic said he's interested, so he gets first pick. I will have them taken off this Friday -> used only 3 weeks.

OEM sides I think are urethane. Urethane is what makes your bumper, i.e., hard material. ABS plastic is a bit thinner and more rigid, so yah, it will be damaged easier. But imagine what would hit and break your side skirts that wouldn't break a door too?
General consensus is that front lip is better to be urethane (if you can afford it) but sides and rear could as well be fibreglass or plastic.

yeah, unless you lower your car like 3" and going through bump like crazy, theres no way the side skirt will scrap, as for the front its better to use utherane cuz it takes alot more hit (stone chip / hit curb while parking), abs plastic sides and rear last very long since it wont take any damage unless you crash
