sweet tracking number and everything is revealed, ...... lol j/k.....

anywayz, thats pure ownage, $160 eh? yeah the person who recieves the package has to pay for it, brokerage is the customs fee and UPS fees, if when you sent it
you put it was worth under $50 US and it was a gift then it would be ok , but i guess you didn't

usually buyer pays shipping and other charges that occur with the shipping of the item...... brokeage is the insurance for the item.

The buyer will have to pay the brokerage amount if they want the package. It consists of a fee for UPS bring the stuff accross the border plus the Goods and Services Tax (GST) on the item. My guess is about $20 UPS fee and 140 of GST.

Thats some expensive stuff. About $2000 canadian.

IT's really expensive to bring something to canada...I tried with EBAY , I tried to get a rear upper strut bar for my vic and on the internet it was 11.12 $ ( us ) so I thought it would be ok to buy it...but I saw how much it will cost me...check this out :

Rear upper strut bar : 11.12
shippping : 36.00
if we pay with
money order : + 5.00
---------
52.12 $ ( us )

Now I have to pay it in Can dollars... so 52.12 $ (US) = 79.16 $ (CAN)
And the Taxes are not included in the price...so it is really expensive IMO.....!!!!!

that's why try to talk to the US shop and asked them to ship with USPS..it's the same cost but it's a matter of how desperate they want your business..some shop dont give a **** but some are so nice that they will ship whatever method u wish as long as u pay the full shipping charges
