OT: Weird ****!!!

I was driving on the highway yesterday and i heard a pop than heard a weird noise all the time as i was driving....kind of a clanking noise, and noticed my car was 1 inch lower on the passenger side of the car. I brought my car to a shop today and my spring busted in half and i must have lost part of the piece on the highway!! i Called theplace where i bought them and they said they werent warrantied.... Than i called skunk2 and they want me to take all 4 off and ship them to them , and in the meantime buy a new set.... than after i buy a new set they will determine whether or not it was a manufactured defect.......

when does this make sense... so what do i put on my car in the meantime....and who does all the paying for me to ship them and get someone to put my stock springs on?????

1) put ur stock springs back on
2) ship it to skunk
and wait it out. and see if its warrantied
save ur self some cash
cuz u never know what might happen if they say its not warrantied then u can spend the flow on some springs

they are just being d!cks and they are telling me that they have sold millions of coilovers world wide and this has never happened before ..... they are saying it was the way it was installed. so if i take them off how can the company see how it was installed if its off the car???? Unless they want to say that i cut them or somethung....im gonna take pictures maybe even videotape them uninstalling them when i ship them back........ but i dont want to put my stock springs back on and have to pay someone only to have to take them back off in a few months..... i wanted to get rid of the skunk2 coilovers and get springs....so this is my oppurtunity......ill get springs and if they replace my coilovers and i dont like the springs i can go back to the coilovers. And if i like the springs i can sell a brand new set of coilovers!!!!!

just make sure to get low springs if you like the ride of your car now. you've seen mine, and its on eibach sports, you'll have to go with a race spring to keep your car lookin as nice. let me know if ya need some pics taken i got a dig cam.

How the heck did you wreck your coils? Either you were driving in some crazy bumpy road or you and Flippedout have been busy in the car. j/k

That's too bad OldSkool!

skunk2 is total BS if they gave u an answer like that
i recommended u send the whole set of coils to them and attach a complain letter with it and that way they will somehow send u something back in return
