wanting to shave side doors help appreciated

well after I removed those pinstripes on the side of the car they left these square holes where the clips held them in (I got a 4 door sedan). There are about 10 on each side and was wondering if anyone knows where I could get them filled, shaved, or whatever you call it and how much it might cost? would any body shop do this?

I thought you were trying to shave the door handles!! That would look sweet. But your idea to shave the strip off down below sounds like it would look good if it works! Any body shop should be able to do it, but try calling ahead to shop for prices...
