Does anyone know who the blue civic belongs to parked on PAPE Ave. right across from the McDonalds.

All I could se is the outside of the car. Rims in the summer, it has winter black rims on now. Euro's on the tail. Also has an Exhaust. Its parked right across from Mcdonalds all the time. The person that owns it probably works there.
