modded ps2 via gameshark, for sale.

ps2, 1 contoller, gameshark, and a whole bunch of burnt games, and origianl GT3.

plays dvd's and burnt dvd's via boot up method.

you can chip it for anywhere in between 100-150, and they throw in 3 games when chipping.

if you know how to solder, it gets waaaaaaay cheaper, since you can just buy the modchip and DIY.

me i paid a heafty amount for the moded ps2. i paid 7+ early this year. I know its alot but i was desperate at the time. is 400 sounding better? + 10 games ( which ever ones you want {and its not labelled just the games on cd})

c'mon, you should know someone who took shop class or you can just ask your friendly neighbourhood electrician (lol) or even a friend who is a poseur-i-kno-it-all to do it for you.

if you screw up you can always undo it.

I havent followed PS2 scene so I wouldnt know, but there are two options, gameshark (boot disk)+neo option and a single chip solution without GS swapping.


I advise you just go out and pay 100-150 bucks if you already have PS2 and dont want to mess with it. downloading off usenet and fxping is a b.i.t.c.h.y endevour reserved for pirates at p-mall [IMG]i/expressions/laugh2.gif[/IMG][IMG]i/expressions/laugh2.gif[/IMG]


I actually buy games now, for some unknown reason. although I must say I'm tempted to mod my PS2 to play auto modelista and other GT3 variations.

games are CD not DVD there are too many for me to list and the list keeps growin. mind you they are only on cd and have no labels on them (if thats a big thing)

mind you they sell a new modded ps2 for $500 + : system, 1 control and 3 games.

mine is $400 (flat): GT3 system (with original GT3), 1 control, gameshark and boot disc, and 10 games or so.

yah im new to this scene also, so if i want to play normal original games i just put them in as normal correct? and if i want to play burnt games or watch movies i gotta put in the gameshark boot disk or something?

yeah for normal games and movies its a simple turn on. for burnt cd/dvd itll take some bootin.

i forgot to ask you.. Do you know which chip they used in your system? I had a good one in mine I paid like $100 for my chip it botted everytime no prob.. DOes your boot up everytime or you need to keep trying it? and also is it internal?

the chip is internal but you need the gameshrk to boot it up.

its one of those hold power load shark and replace game boots. havent had any problems with any game be it pac mall or my own.
