I live in quebec..and I know for a fact it's illegal...my aunt moved to Kingston 2 years ago and her old checvy Caprice has white turn signals and she had to change them to yellow to get her plates and register the car...

Underbody neaons are legal to have...but illegal to turn on on public roads (quebec) pretty sure ON is the same

im sure they are illegal, flashing blue is reserved for snow removal vehicles .. so maybe if your car is slammed and a wicked body kit, you could maybe justify it to the cops.
