Waxing in weathers like this... good or bad?

just like the topic says........?
..waxing in temperatures that we have..... four degrees celius or lower??
'cause the wax i have does not say anything about using in particular temperatures.......

hehe. yes... thats why i want to do it today... 4degrees... thats the best its gonna get ..... or put a heater in the garage.
