Need for a Caneast community site?

Need for a Caneast community site?
Just a thought, but already have all the hardware and such in place...
Who here would vouch for me setting up a sort of Caneast (7th gen specific optional) forum for daily ranting and meet info etc? It seems we're stretching the use of this forum (site) by filling up with useless rants and such (haha, admit it).
Wouldn't mind setting up my connection to be a static IP with a registered name if I can get some support or even sponsor. I already have a 2000 Server setup in place behind 2 firewalls (haha, paranoid) and it's only $15 extra per month for me to be setup for a static IP... Right now I'm waiting for my work place to buy me a new laptop with wireless capabilities, when I'll finally upgrade with a wireless router and such to pop the server in the basement (and not in my room of 3 other computers, eating hydro and interrupt my sleep), and voila, we're up with a Caneast forum on a dedicated DSL line on a server in my basement, haha....
How does that sound? Just random thoughts going through my head while bored at work.
