What Are Good Restaurants In T.O.?

I notice i keep eating at the same places over and over again. Everyone list some good places to eat, average price per person and what type of restaurant it is and location, maybe some comments, kool?

i'll start.

frankie tomatto's
italian buffet
around 7225 woodbine in markham
9 weekday lunch, 15 dinner. can't remember.

i heard a lot about this place, just tried it out. wasn't all that to me but others say it was good.

Depends on what you like..

1. First Marktham Place -- Food Court has a great Malaysian place.

2. Leslie and Finch - Congee Wong has some great noodles and rice, don't reallylike the one at FMP

3. Jack Astor for the Occasional nachos, wings, spaghetti

4. the Keg: great steak but bit pricy

5. Le Boufitique (spelling) at richmond and queen's? -- wicked steaks for a good price.

6. Red Lobster: during lobster season is good

7. Metro: the shanghai place there is good, (dunno the name) starts with a W..

8. Fantasy Eatery near Finch and Midland has some good chinese food.. opens till 5am.

9. Dic*ens (* = k) on Finch and Midland: 230pm - 430 pm. spahgetti for like 3 bucks. a small plate but good. lol...... according to the boad, that's a forbidddenword.

Well, i know alot more other places but i guess all that can last for a couple of days.

Babur on Queen St (not far from speakers corner). Indian restaurant. Amazing dishes, you can really tell the chiefs have experience. Layers of flavour. Very clean. Good service. Very cheap!! Not much more than Swiss Charlet. Parking blows.

Senphrey (spelling?). On Dundas, near Kipling. Family owned Italian restaurant. Very wholesome dishes, well prepared. Extremely friendly service. Great value, as long as you stay away from appetitizers. Good parking.

Hau Sang. Near Beverly Street, in downtown China town. These guys make the best lobster dishes in the world. Other Chinese dishes are also very delicious. One of the best in Toronto for sure. Decent prices. Service is not good. Not clean, but which Chinese restaurant is?

Juriselum on Finch & Don Mills. Middle Eastern buffet. Great value, as long as you go in at lunch. No Mandarin, but decent choices. Best salad bar ever. Falafel ***** are crunchy throughout, and not soggy. Do not go on weekends, since there is no buffet. Decently clean.

ya been there BUT nothing extremely special..... high class jap restaurant with a 70 bucks / person price tag. Went with my gf. came out 150. had sushi, steak + lobster tail, salad, some kind of jap noodles, tempura. desert.

Korean BBQ at commerce, =). same as the one as midland and finch near bubbles bubbles. I am prettie sure I was the first one to eat there when it opened 12 years ago..... the owner use to own the entire strip of restaurants in the plaza.

Ruth's Chris Steak house @ University and Richmond, best steak heavy price tag

Braised Bulls @ Markham and 14th is pretty good too, $60 for a dinner for 2

As for authentic Japanese food, Zen @ Markham and Eglinton is supposed to be one of the best Japanese restaurants in TO

Of coz, there's always McD.
