So basically you're plugging in your amp and sub and wiring them together? That's easy... amp has 1 power inlet, 1 ground, 1 remote, and the rest are for subs/speakers... If all the wiring's there I might be able to plug it all up tonight if you really need the help.

Thanks Flippedout for the props. The hookup went well just a few things we didn't have so it didn't get done perfect. Just minor things. The 8gauge power wire is a small problem, that can be fixed. Just don't try to blow your window out any you'll be fine.
The sub out on the AVM-9000 (I think that's what it's called) only had a mono out and I didn't have a Y connector so I could only run one sub. The sub sounded really good although because only one was hooked the second sub was dancing from the air within the box which messed up the sound a little. It was 11:15 when we got everything back in. I forgot what time it was and was turning it up when my mom came outside and wanted to smack me for keeping her up. So to say the least it's loud with only one running.
Flippedout just needs to clean up the install but he's got a really good hold on what needs to be done.
Now I really hate not having subs

Greg..if you ran only 1 sub your running it 12 ohm stereo in 1 channel dude .. not much power at all.. like off 30 Wrms.. or so..
each sub is wired 12ohm into the speaker wire connectors. Also..both subs can be ran if they are bridged to the amp..which will give you a 6ohm mono load...which is the best you can do with that combo..
Cheers

LOL...Oh crap 30wrms!!
I guess we found my weak point. So what your saying is just run from the speaker connectors on the back of the box take positives twist them together and the same for the negatives. Then run the respected wires to the bridged + and - on the amp portion??

I LOVE IT!!!
had a lil rattle here, a little rattle there.. but i fixed that...
i guess dynomatting the car would be the only way to get it 100% rattle free..
i played around w/ the audio setting.. i dont think i'll be needing tweeters for awhile
although it would enhance that dolby digital...
i had the volume up to 4 - 7 notches, and i already got neighborhood complaints.. lol j/k
i like watching these subs thump
thanks again greg2k1 and mohawkboom
