Anyone bypassed the TB heater?

Anyone bypassed the TB heater? I was wondering if anyone from this cold climate (Hot weather now though) has dared to do this mod and if you were planning on undoing it for winter?

It is a phrase from '**** the Hammer', a Cypress Hill track from the CD 'Black Sunday'.

It heats the trottle body to keep it from freezing in extreme cold temperatures. It does this by passing coolant by the throttle body. Unfortunately, engine coolant is extremely hot and this heat warms the intake charge, reducing the effect of the cold air intake (by some small degree).
