Hey guys,

Ok, if I get a Magnaflow universal muffler and get the muffler shop to put 2.25 inch piping on the end and bolt it to the stock mid-pipe where

the resonator is, just like the new HKS rear section bolt-on. Would this set-up give me an increase in sound???

I don't wanna go through this and spend money and have no sound difference. I want a low sound but not non-existant. I wanna keep the

mid-pipe as is, so no cutting off the resonator. Would this custom rear section increase my sound..... ???

well. of course ur gonna get sound but the magna flows are pretty quiet!!
u should ask the person who u bought it off of first

I did just that and the sound is amazing. It is just the way I like it. It's a deep, low tone that is quiet at idle and loudest at WOT in the 3-4000 rpm range. At WOT and around the 5500 rpm range, my intake is growling too, so everything is loud and I'm not sure how loud the magnaflow is, but from what my buddies have told me, it's as loud as hell on the outside. heehee.
