Installing a Minidisc player
I took my MD out of my CRV and still haven't put it in my Si as of yet. I talked to a couple of places this winter who said they needed a specific mounting bracket that fit the shape of the dash (because it's not square) otherwise it won't be flush mounted.
I've got the carbon trim around the dash so I need it mounted flush or it will look strange.
What is a good place to get one installed? (or if anyone is really good at it and wants to make some $$/drinks... there's no way I'm takin' that dash apart myself)
A.
ps.. this site is killing me! Since finding it I've been buying WAY too many bits and pieces for my car. (lights, short-shift adapter, Injen filter etc. etc. with lots more to come)

installation really is a snap, especially nowadays...
you're probably looking for the metra gen 2 01-02 civic dash kit (can't remember the part number) and see if they make the metra "smart" adapter for your deck. then its just pure plug and play...

JVC and Sony have ones at $300 range... Dunno if they're good though. Even Futurechop sells them.
I'd personally go with changers coz MP3s are overplayed... It's easy to get 6 CDs for $20. Much harder these days to download premium quality MP3s that I want...
