OT: hand chopped off at Leslie/7th
Heard on the news this morning. Some guy got his hand chopped off outside *a* cyber cafe at *a* Chinese plaza at Leslie/7th. That parking lot is now showered in blood and is closed.

Anyone know which cafe and which plaza?
