well Speedtech quoted me $430 installed, but the shop from Sauga quoted me 450 installed.... $20 bucks difference so I was better off at the time.

Yeah the ride is pretty good. I've actually never ridden any other springs, I just decided on neuspeed because the amount of drop was decent. It's a little bouncy but it feels more "racy". The stock shocks bottom out if I hit a decent sized pothole though. Nothing Koni Yellows can't fix!

420 is kinda ok...ive heard cheaper...you should get net to hook you up since he got them so cheap...

You can get the springs through Import Horizon for $270ish, and then install for about $100. Don't forget to do an alignment a couple of weeks later... $60-$80 I think.

H & R's are pretty good, but only for the coupe, I've got them on my car, they're a 1.3 inch drop and about $290 through psychotic-racing.

FOB: you know what you can do..just get the spring..$270 flat where net got it.
and install it at alex's place...the place where i got my mid pipe..
he charge $60..that's like $330 what do you expect man..
