Having a couple of small cards work out in the end. My 128MB holds 160 full-size pics at 3MPix... I can't believe I've ever taken more than 100 pics at one time. Unless I can get a hot girl or a hot car to pose for me (latter preferred)... 
Yeah, I had quite a scare at Darknights because booo was using my camera with the 64MB card in it, it crashed I believe due to the ridiculous heat on Sunday. The card was burning hot! The heat plus constant photo taking must've been too much for it...booo must've taken at least 60 pics within the 1.5 hour time before it crashed.
Took me a couple of hours of hashing the damn card, but finally was able to recover everything...or else we wouldn't have that lovely pic of him and Pink!
That's why I do prefer more small cards over single large ones, if it screws up you hopefully don't lose everything because they're spread out over multiple cards. Plus it takes less time to recover a smaller card than a large one.
