Finally got around to clearing my lights

I've had a couple days off in a row now so I decided to get off my *** and clear my lights. I've never seen anyones in person and now that I have, I don't know why I didn't do it sooner. What a difference!!

I even got a compliment about an hour ago from a fellow 7thgen driver. He liked the lights so I pointed him to this site for the DIY.

I also got the rear lower tie bar put on I got from Ice. It does make a noticeable difference, but it probably would be better with the front bar as well. I can feel a difference coming out of corners.

I did it by myself and it took a bit over 2 hours including the 1 hour I let the silicone dry. The first light took me about 25-30 minutes. The second took less than 10 minutes to get apart since I knew what I was doing. Taking the bumper off and putting it on was the easiest part, it barely took any time at all.

btw, Herbalus, i love your sedan....is your grill CF or the regular one?

the reason why the sedan housing is so hard to take apart is because they are constructed differently...on the sedan there is a lip on the black half that wraps around the clear half that you have to bend...there are no metal clips and u gotta do that ish by hand

As much as I love projectors I have no money in my budget for them right now. I really need to lower my car right now. The gap between my wheels and the fender is really starting to bother me
